Director for Developing Fundraising and Grants
SUMMARY
Neighborly Care Network is seeking a Director of Development to lead and execute all fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, grant development, special events, employee campaigns, and capital campaigns. This position plays a key leadership role in growing philanthropic support and strengthening relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners in alignment with our mission of serving older adults.
Position Title: Director of Development
Depaerment: Development
Site: 5225 Tech Data Dr, Clearwater, FL
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 per year, Employer-sponsored health insurance, 403B, and paid time off
Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday daytime hours
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute all fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, grant development, special events, employee campaigns, and capital campaigns. This position plays a key leadership role in growing philanthropic support and strengthening relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners in alignment with our mission of serving older adults.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit fundraising or development, including experience with major gifts, donor cultivation, and fundraising campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain donor relationships required. Experience in aging services preferred. CFRE certification preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position currently supervises administrative staff assigned to the Development Department, as designated.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit fundraising or development, including experience with major gifts, donor cultivation, and fundraising campaigns.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred. Requires passing an Abuse and Criminal Background Check

Adult Day Center Manager/Nurse
SUMMARY
Supervises all aspects of the Adult Day Services Center in accordance with Neighborly Care Network policy, and regulating agencies to provide a protective environment for Adult Day Services participants and provides nursing care and teaching to clients and families/caregivers by performing the following duties;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provides supervision of employees of Adult Day Services program in accordance with Neighborly policies and procedures, develops work assignments and schedules.
• Does performance evaluations and continually evaluates center for staff needs
• Interviews, hires, orients and trains new employees.
• Ensures that Adult Day Services meets all requirements of D.C.F.S., D.O.E.A., A.H.C.A., Neighborly Care Network policies and other surveying and regulating bodies as appropriate.
• Ensures maintenance, safety, good repair of physical plant and site.
• Evaluates referrals, conducts assessments of potential participants.
• Provides nursing care to participants in the ADC program, administers medication and treatment in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides regularly scheduled programs for participants on nutrition, personal hygiene, physical fitness, medication, and other related topics.
• Communicates with caregivers and health professionals.
• Responsible for maintaining documentation in nursing records, implementation of care plans, quarterly reviews and evaluating participant's status on a ongoing basis.
• Facilitates team review meetings as needed for individual participants.
• Supervises and facilitates A.C. F.P. program.
• Responsible for formulation and monitoring of center budget. Provides for effective utilization of financial resources.
• Interprets and markets A.D.S. services to the community.
• Referrals of participants to community resources as appropriate.
• Facilitates appropriate Center meetings and provides/participates in trainings as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Florida Nursing License and Geriatric experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises all employees in the Adult Day Services Center. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Active Florida Nursing License and Geriatric experience.
