Neighborly also offers one-on-one Nutrition Counseling by licensed dietitians. Often, seniors at risk of malnourishment just need to be taught the basics of maintaining a healthy diet. Once aware of the healthiest foods for their particular situations, seniors can independently maintain good nutritional health.
