Neighborly's Medicare Home Health Services provides intermittent skilled care to all people who are eligible for the Medicare home health benefit and who meet the admission criteria set forth by the Health Care Financing Administration.
Admission criteria include being homebound, under the care of a physician, and requiring a skilled service. All staff members have been screened and cleared by state regulatory and licensing agencies. We are licensed (#HHA21924096) by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
Your physician will order your specific services, such as: physical, speech, or occupational therapy; medical social work, or the service of a home health aide.
Registered Nurses will:
- Provide patient assessments
- Coordinate the care plan, teaching and training
- Administer medications, skilled procedures and treatments
- Administer psychiatric evaluations and treatment
In July 1999, Neighborly Care Network became a fully Licensed and Medicare-certified Home Health Agency. This certification allows Neighborly to provide skilled nursing and medical therapeutics for enhancing independence and providing medically oriented Home Health Aide services from the agency managing the client care.
All staff members have been screened and cleared by state regulatory and licensing agencies. Neighborly is licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration and is Medicare certified.

Fees: Neighborly Care Network accepts payment for services from Medicare. There is usually no cost to patients if they are eligible beneficiaries for Medicare Part A or B and meet Medicare coverage criteria.
