Neighborly Care Network is a provider for PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). The Neighborly PACE facility will serve individuals age 55 and over who are certified by the state of Florida to need nursing home care, are able to live safely in the community at the time of enrollment, and live in the Pinellas County area.
