Neighborly Care Network provides a generous and comprehensive package of quality benefits, including:

Health Insurance Employees who work at least 30 hours a week receive 89% of employer paid (HMO) health coverage.  Dependents may be covered at employee's expense.
Dental Insurance Employees who work at least 30 hours weekly have a choice of PPO dental plans to enroll themselves and their dependents.
403(b) Retirement Plan All employees are eligible to participate in the 403(b) plan.  After one year of employment, Neighborly will contribute the equivalent of 10% of gross pay each pay period to the employees' accounts, and employees are 100% vested immediately.
Life Insurance All full- and part-time employees receive 100% paid life insurance coverage in the amount of $50,000.
Additional and Dependent Life Insurance Employees who work at least 30 hours weekly may purchase supplemental coverage for themselves and their families.
Long-term Disability Employees who work at least 30 hours weekly may purchase LTD coverage for themselves.  They will pay 60% of salary up to age 65 or normal Social Security age.
